Revenue and Reservations Supervisor - Luxury Hospitality (Franschhoek)

About the role

Pick Me Recruitment is recruiting a Revenue and Reservations Supervisor for its client's luxury hospitality portfolio in Franschhoek. The supervisor leads the reservations team and oversees booking operations across all channels, supporting service quality, guest communication, inventory and rate control, revenue optimisation, management reporting and coordination with Front Office and Sales. The role also optimises revenue streams and technical systems for maximum profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Create, interpret and forecast revenue reports in the absence of the Revenue Manager
• Supervise, train and coach reservation agents to maintain a 95% service quality benchmark and fast call and email responses
• Oversee daily processing of individual and group bookings, blocks, amendments and cancellations across all channels
• Monitor room availability, rates and channel allocations (OTAs, GDS, direct) to optimise occupancy and ADR
• Prepare group and conference quotes
• Compile daily, weekly and monthly pickup, forecasting and no-show reports for management
• Work with Front Office and Sales on VIP arrivals, special guest requests and group rooming lists
• Ensure guest confidentiality

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Revenue and Reservations Supervisor in a hotel environment
• Matric certificate
• Preference for candidates living in Franschhoek and neighbouring areas; candidates already residing in the region have preference
• Only South African citizens or holders of a valid South African permanent residence are considered; no work permit applications accepted

Required skills

• Strong system knowledge
• Protel PMS experience is beneficial
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong leadership skills
