About the role

Pepkor Lifestyle is seeking a dynamic, motivated and results‑driven Salesperson for its Sleepmasters division in Cosmo City, Gauteng. The role focuses on selling mattresses and related sleep products while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

Identify customer needs, recommend suitable bedding products and provide detailed product information.
Achieve sales budgets, targets and income objectives through proactive prospecting and effective sales processes.
Maintain professional relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Execute merchandising tasks to improve product visibility and enhance the shopping experience.
Handle cash and credit administration accurately in line with company policies.

Required profile

Grade 12 qualification.
7–12 months of sales experience, preferably in retail.
Strong communication, listening and questioning skills.
Emotional maturity, personal resilience and a customer‑centred attitude.
