About the role
Leading restaurant brand seeks an experienced Restaurant Operator for its Sandton/Rosebank location. The role requires a hands‑on manager with extensive full‑service restaurant experience to oversee all aspects of the operation.
Key responsibilities
- Detailed stock management and reporting
- Customer relations and service quality control
- Restaurant administration and food‑liquor costing
- Opening and closing procedures
- Staff management, motivation, and training
Required profile
- 8+ years experience in a full‑service restaurant environment
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities
- Hardworking with a long employment history and reachable references
- Ambitious, self‑motivated, energetic and committed to long‑term employment
- Good understanding of restaurant finances
