Resort Management Couple – Time Share Resort

About the role

Our client, a leading time‑share resort in St Lucia, KwaZulu‑Natal, is looking for an experienced couple to jointly manage daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership across all resort departments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all resort functions including accommodation, housekeeping, maintenance and guest services.
• Develop and manage budgets, produce financial reports and drive profitability.
• Lead, train and motivate staff to uphold high service standards.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives and guest engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shareholders and guests to encourage repeat visits.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years proven experience in resort or hospitality management, preferably within a time‑share or share‑block setting.
• Demonstrated success in managing budgets and financial performance.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Hospitality, Tourism or Business Management is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
