Reservations, Sales, Bookings and Client Liaison Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a professional, organised and customer‑focused Coordinator to manage reservations, bookings and client liaison activities. The role involves handling sales‑related tasks, ensuring accurate scheduling and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all bookings, reservations and scheduling arrangements.
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding confirmations, changes and queries.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings and client requirements.
• Maintain accurate booking records and client files.
• Follow up with clients for confirmations, feedback and issue resolution.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Handle client complaints and queries efficiently.
• Assist with general administrative duties and office coordination.
• Prepare reports, schedules and booking summaries as needed.
• Support sales and sales administration activities.

Required profile

• Grade 12 / Matric qualification.
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales, reservations, bookings, administration or client liaison.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
• Professional appearance and telephone etiquette.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and meet deadlines.
