Remote Telemarketer – Lead Generation

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Remote Telemarketer to join our team and drive outbound prospecting efforts. You will engage potential customers over the phone, introduce our products and services, and set qualified appointments for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls each day using provided lead lists.
• Present products and services clearly and persuasively.
• Qualify prospects, handle objections, and book appointments for sales colleagues.
• Record call outcomes and update the CRM system accurately after each interaction.
• Follow approved scripts while adapting naturally to each conversation.
• Achieve daily and weekly call, conversion, and appointment targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a similar outbound role.
• Confident, persuasive communicator with a resilient, target‑driven attitude.
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily in a remote setting.
• Reliable home office setup with stable internet and a quality headset.
• Good command of English; additional South African languages are a plus.
• Matric certificate (or equivalent) required.
