About the role

We are a small marketing agency based in the United States that helps local service businesses grow. We are seeking motivated individuals to join our remote sales team, focusing on cold calling and closing new clients.

Key responsibilities

Make outbound cold calls to prospective small business owners.
Present our marketing services and tailor solutions to each prospect.
Close sales and achieve weekly and monthly targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in our CRM system.
Follow provided scripts, tools, and training materials.

Required profile

Self‑motivated and able to work independently without supervision.
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive abilities.
Comfortable speaking with prospects over the phone.
Goal‑oriented with a strong desire to achieve sales results.
