Remote Sales Executive – New Business Sales

About the role

An established, rapidly growing global communications business with an international client base is looking for a remote New Business Sales Executive. It operates mainly on a Pay on Results model, so clients pay when agreed media results are delivered. The role suits confident, self-sufficient people; previous PR experience is not required and previous sales experience is an advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Work within a two-call, two-test sales process: first call to discover the prospect's position, goals, challenges and needs, then present a tailored proposal and close the deal.
• Average about 7 prospect meetings per day, with an expected target of about 1 new sale per day.
• Build cash collection progressively: around USD 20,000 in the first full month, USD 40,000 in the second, and USD 55,000+ thereafter.
• Work across different markets, with flexible hours depending on the market, and closer alignment with management hours where needed.

Required profile

• Proven remote work experience of at least six months, with your own structure and productivity.
• Confident communicator, competitive and target-driven, resilient and highly coachable.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers, motivated by performance and earning potential.
• Quick learner who takes feedback well and is prepared to work hard.

What we offer

• OTE of approximately AED 10,000–20,000 per month.
