Remote Sales & Customer Success Representative (LATAM & SA)

About the role

We are a bootstrapped B2B SaaS company serving the seasonal pool‑service industry. We need a remote Sales & Customer Success Representative to own the front‑line customer and warm‑sales operations, freeing the founder from day‑to‑day communication.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound support calls and tickets, ensuring customers feel heard.
• Conduct 15‑30 minute discovery and quoting calls with warm leads.
• Manage a HubSpot pipeline of follow‑ups, trade‑show leads and ongoing opportunities.
• Embed with the founder for 1‑2 months to learn service‑business workflows.
• Proactively work leads without prompting and keep the founder out of front‑line tasks.

Required profile

• 2–5 years in a hybrid customer‑success and inside‑sales role.
• Proven record of closing deals by phone with warm inbound leads.
• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot pipeline, sequencing and task management.
• Measurable sales results (quota attainment, conversion metrics) in a B2B or B2C setting.
• Experience supporting or selling to SMB service businesses (pool, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, etc.).
• Ability to manage a queue of 20–100+ customers or leads remotely.
• English C1+ proficiency for live phone communication with US customers.
