Remote Recruiter – Global Talent Acquisition

About the role

Moburst, a full‑service digital marketing agency, is seeking a proactive Recruiter based in South Africa to join its global HR team. This 100% remote role focuses on end‑to‑end talent acquisition for markets across Europe, the United States and South Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Drive full‑cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for diverse global roles using advanced sourcing techniques.
• Partner with hiring managers, providing data‑driven insights, pipeline updates and market intelligence.
• Track, analyze and report recruitment metrics to improve hiring effectiveness.

Required profile

• Based in South Africa and able to work remotely.
• 3+ years of experience as an in‑house or agency recruiter for global companies.
• Proven track record recruiting across the US, Europe and South Africa.
• Native or near‑native English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and self‑motivated.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Communications or a related field.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with active sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven sourcing tools.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple time zones (Israel, Europe, US).
