Remote Project Manager – Email Marketing Campaigns

About the role

We are looking for a remote Project Manager to keep our client‑facing email marketing campaigns on track. You will be the central hub ensuring every campaign moves forward on schedule, coordinating with designers, copywriters and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a 5‑7 day forward notice cadence for all client deliverables and over‑communicate status.
• Track campaign pipelines across all clients, providing at‑least‑7‑day horizon visibility.
• Prepare briefs, coordinate assets, review copy and verify send mechanics.
• Run daily and weekly delivery heartbeat updates (Outstanding Card, Design of the Week, forward‑planning posts).
• Keep Trello boards clean, perform pre‑send QA and ensure no drift in project state.
• Document daily end‑of‑day reflections and log hours via Hubstaff.

Required profile

• Relentless forward‑chasing mindset – you spot stalled approvals early and follow up proactively.
• Strong analytical thinking – able to hold multi‑threaded situations and make decisions with incomplete context.
• Commitment to a long‑term role (2+ years) rather than a short‑term gig.
• Precision in defining “done” – work must be shipped and verified received.
• Ability to build SOPs and follow foundational processes before strategic pivots.
• Comfort using AI for drafting and editing, not as a replacement for cadence work.

Required skills

• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo).
• Project management tools such as Trello.
• Time‑tracking tools (Hubstaff) and remote collaboration.
