Regional Sales Manager – ENT Division

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager reports to the Business Unit Director of the ENT Division and provides overall leadership and strategic direction across the Coastal Region of South Africa. The role is responsible for delivering the ENT franchise business strategy, meeting financial KPIs and driving market growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business plans that maximise revenue and profit potential.
• Build organisational capabilities to support market growth programmes, including talent development and change management.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, finance and organisational design for the region.
• Navigate regulatory, legal and market‑access issues to mitigate business risk.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of post‑qualification sales experience, with at least 5 years in medical device/pharma sales.
• Proven track record in sales, marketing and general management within a growing, innovative life‑sciences environment.
• Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder negotiation skills and a history of achieving profit targets.
• Deep understanding of the South African market, including regulatory and market‑access dynamics.

Required skills

• Theatre experience (essential).
• Extensive knowledge of the medical devices industry.
