Regional Operations Manager – Restaurant Operations

About the role

Join the Leadership Team at KFC Rohloff Group as a Regional Operations Manager, overseeing the performance of multiple restaurants within a designated region. You will drive growth, profitability and operational excellence while ensuring consistent brand standards and exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to Area Coaches within the region.
• Performance Management: Monitor performance metrics for each restaurant and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Training and Development: Ensure all staff receive proper training to uphold KFC’s service standards.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain high operational standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Customer Satisfaction: Address service issues and maintain high customer satisfaction across the region.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting, forecasting and P&L for the region.
• Brand Compliance: Ensure all restaurants adhere to KFC brand standards and operating procedures.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute regional strategies aligned with company objectives.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a multi‑site Quick Service Restaurant environment, with at least 4 years in a similar role.
• Relevant degree in Business, Operations, Hospitality, Marketing or Commerce and strong financial acumen.
• Ability to coach, develop and engage Area Managers and Restaurant Managers.
• Excellent planning, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
