Recruitment Team Leader – High Earning Potential

About the role

Communicate Recruitment is seeking a high‑performing recruitment professional to step into a sales‑driven leadership position. You will lead a team of consultants, drive revenue growth, and build lasting client partnerships in a target‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of recruitment consultants.
• Achieve and exceed team targets, revenue goals and business development objectives.
• Generate new business, expand existing client relationships and actively bill.
• Coach consultants on sourcing, client engagement and closing deals.
• Monitor pipeline, forecasts and monthly performance metrics.
• Ensure delivery of high‑quality candidate shortlists to clients.
• Foster a motivated, high‑performance team culture.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in recruitment, sales or business development.
• Proven record of consistent billing and target achievement.
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience (preferred).
• Strong business development and client engagement capabilities.
• Entrepreneurial, competitive and target‑driven mindset.
• Degree or Honours in Industrial Psychology, Marketing or Business (preferred).
