Recruitment Specialist – Outbound Sales

About the role

We are looking for a high‑performance Recruitment Specialist to build and scale a team of outbound sales agents for international lottery campaigns. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and onboarding commission‑driven sales talent, rather than traditional HR functions.

Key responsibilities

• Source and recruit large volumes of outbound sales agents using job boards, referrals, call‑centre networks and databases.
• Maintain a ready‑to‑hire pipeline and conduct fast‑paced phone and in‑person screening interviews.
• Evaluate candidates for sales ability, resilience, communication skills and compliance with gambling regulations.
• Run role‑play assessments (objection handling, closing techniques) to identify high‑potential talent.
• Coordinate onboarding schedules, work closely with sales managers, and track early‑stage performance of new hires.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment experience in call centres, outbound sales teams, or insurance/financial services.
• Strong understanding of target‑driven sales environments and commission‑based hiring structures.
• Excellent communication, interviewing skills and ability to work under high pressure.
• High emotional intelligence and ethical decision‑making.
