About the role

Join Hire Pals as a Recruitment Sourcer and help build the sourcing engine that powers talent delivery for fast‑growing companies across Europe and the Middle East. You will work directly with experienced global talent acquisition leaders and gain exposure to AI‑enabled recruitment models and international hiring projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify niche candidates.
• Source talent on LinkedIn and other online platforms, building targeted outreach campaigns.
• Support senior recruiters on live searches and create talent pipelines for tech and infrastructure roles.
• Develop and maintain talent databases to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.

Required profile

• Strong written communication skills.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google and online research tools for talent discovery.
• Commercial mindset with genuine interest in startups, growth and modern recruitment models.
• Willingness to take ownership early and operate in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
