Recruitment Resourcer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Resourcer to join TalentHub International’s Pretoria team. In this candidate‑focused position you will support UK‑based recruitment consultants by building talent pipelines, re‑engaging existing candidates and ensuring a smooth, compliant recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Regenerate, cleanse and reactivate the existing candidate database.
• Contact, screen, interview and register new and dormant candidates.
• Source talent using Indeed Smart Sourcing, CV Library and internal databases.
• Create, post and optimise recruitment adverts.
• Manage candidate compliance, onboarding and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Support consultants with shortlists, short‑listing and recruitment administration.
• Build long‑term talent pipelines for future vacancies.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to placement.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience in a recruitment agency environment.
• Experience recruiting temporary and/or permanent staff.
• Strong telephone, relationship‑building and organisational skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven setting.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
