Recruitment Researcher

About the role

Lignum is seeking a Recruitment Researcher to support its UK recruitment teams from our Cape Town office. You will help identify, engage and qualify high‑calibre candidates across specialist sectors, building talent pipelines that drive successful placements.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines aligned with client requirements.
• Screen and qualify candidates, ensuring a strong match with detailed job specifications.
• Conduct market mapping and industry research to provide actionable intelligence.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and ATS systems.
• Collaborate with Delivery Consultants by sharing market insights and supporting candidate generation.

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Required skills
