Recruitment Operations Admin (Monday CRM - South Africa)

About the role

A specialized recruitment and advisory agency connecting talent with firms in the accountancy, finance, tax and audit sectors in the US is hiring a Recruitment Operations Admin. You will manage the top of the candidate funnel, sourcing and engaging high-potential professionals and routing them to recruitment consultants. The role is full-time, UK business hours, 100% remote under an Independent Contractor Agreement, with holidays TBA and a target start date of ASAP.

Key responsibilities

• Run daily targeted searches on Indeed to find active public accounting and legal professionals in designated US territories.
• Write personalized outreach messages to engage passive and active job seekers on Indeed.
• Respond quickly to candidate inquiries and coordinate phone consultations between candidates and consultants.
• Keep candidate profiles accurate and up to date in the Monday.com CRM.
• Distribute candidate profiles to client lists and build and validate prospect lists during busy periods.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs for outreach messages, scheduled calls and distribution velocity.

Required profile

• Experience sourcing candidates on Indeed or in recruitment operations, ATS or CRM administration.
• Familiarity with the US recruitment market, accounting industry or legal sector.
• Exceptional written English and the ability to write natural, persuasive, concise messages.
• High speed, attention to detail and strong organization while handling multiple tasks at once.
• Comfortable working independently in a KPI-driven environment and meeting daily targets.
