Recruitment Leader

About the role

Jonsson Workwear is seeking a Recruitment Leader to shape hiring across the business. The role partners with leaders to understand team needs, anticipates demand and ensures hiring decisions align with culture and performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Enable recruitment across all divisions by providing systems, tools and structure to hire effectively.
• Partner with leaders to understand team operations, capability gaps and define what success looks like.
• Anticipate hiring needs and advise proactively.
• Act as the gatekeeper for hiring decisions, ensuring alignment with role, team and culture.
• Oversee recruitment activity, driving accuracy, discipline and detail in systems and processes.
• Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse ATS, Hireflix and Criteria Assessments to accelerate hiring while maintaining human connection.
• Ensure every candidate receives a strong experience and leaves with a positive view of the business.
• Lead and develop a small recruitment team, fostering clarity, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Challenge and push back on decisions to ensure they meet business requirements.
