Recruitment Internship – Human Resources

About the role

Join OUTsurance's Human Capital team as a Recruitment Intern and support the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This 12‑month fixed‑term internship offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Post job advertisements on external job boards and internal platforms.
• Source potential candidates through online channels such as LinkedIn.
• Screen CVs and shortlist applicants against job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing status updates.
• Update recruitment trackers, databases, and prepare interview packs.
• Assist with onboarding documentation and processes for new hires.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and a passion for people.
• Computer literate with good administrative capability.
• Highly organised, self‑disciplined and self‑motivated.
• Deadline‑driven with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to take ownership.
• Resilient under pressure and stress tolerant.
