About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, and delivering high‑quality placements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes from sourcing to placement.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with corporate clients and job seekers.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking and referrals.
• Conduct screenings, interviews and present top talent to clients.
• Negotiate offers and close placements successfully.
• Grow and manage your own recruitment desk, meeting and exceeding targets.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment experience or strong sales/customer‑service background with measurable results.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Resilient, ambitious and results‑driven mindset.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with confidence to build a desk from scratch.
