Key responsibilities

• Win new business and develop long‑term client partnerships.
• Conduct business development to grow your own client base.
• Source, screen, and match top talent to client requirements.
• Advise candidates throughout their career journey.
• Negotiate offers and close placements.
• Manage your own pipeline and meet monthly targets.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or business development.
• Confidence in business development and client engagement.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Target‑driven, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Degree or honours in Industrial Psychology, Marketing, or Business.
• Experience with Placement Partner is advantageous.
