About the role

Join Network Recruitment, a leading South African talent solutions provider, as a Recruitment Consultant. You will operate in a high‑performance environment, managing the full recruitment lifecycle for specialised niche markets and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment processes from client engagement to placement and after‑care.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities through strategic development and client acquisition.
• Develop and grow a profitable client portfolio within a specialised niche.
• Provide clients with market insights, salary benchmarking and hiring strategies.
• Source, engage and assess high‑calibre candidates using headhunting, networking and database tools.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure repeat business.
• Consistently achieve individual revenue targets, KPIs and performance metrics.
• Record activity accurately using internal systems and CRM tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience (agency, specialist or executive search preferred).
• Proven success in business development, client acquisition and account management.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on revenue generation and desk profitability.
• Results‑driven mindset able to perform under pressure in a target‑driven setting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• High resilience, self‑motivation and professional ambition.
