Recruitment Consultant – Education Sector

About the role

Join a fast‑growing specialist education recruitment business as a Recruitment Consultant. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, balancing candidate generation with client service, in a high‑energy office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage and place candidates within the education sector.
• Conduct daily outbound "power hour" calling sessions and generate at least five new candidates each day.
• Maintain an active pipeline in the company CRM and update candidate records.
• Create, write and optimise up to 20 job advertisements on the Team Tailor platform.
• Submit daily End‑of‑Day reports to leadership.

Required profile

• Strong IT literacy with confidence using modern CRM software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Goal‑oriented, motivated by commission and able to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced team.
• Commitment to full‑time office attendance (5 days per week) and core hours of 08:00‑18:00 UK time.
• Availability during mandatory blackout periods.

Required skills

• Team Tailor (experience advantageous).
• CRM systems.

What we offer

• Base salary of R17,000‑R25,000 per month plus a flat 10% commission.
