Recruiter (UK Market)

About the role

Winchmore is expanding its tutor network across the United Kingdom and needs a high‑energy Recruiter to own the end‑to‑end hiring process. This is a hands‑on, outbound recruitment position focused on sourcing, engaging and closing tutors while working UK business hours from a hybrid base in Cape Town.

Key responsibilities

• Cold‑call prospective tutors during UK working hours and pre‑screen candidates against minimum requirements.
• Respond to inbound tutor enquiries generated via databases and social‑media campaigns.
• Recruit tutors across multiple UK regions, submit CVs for direct vacancies and conduct online interviews and suitability assessments.
• Deliver onboarding, training and compliance clearance for new tutors.
• Maintain accurate records and professional written communication, supporting broader team needs as required.

Required profile

• Experience in international outbound or high‑volume recruitment, comfortable making 100+ calls per day.
• Strong phone presence, persuasive communication and professional demeanor as the brand’s first impression.
• Ability to work consistently on UK hours (10:00‑18:30 UK time) and reliably attend hybrid office days.
• Competitive, results‑driven mindset with a preference for performance‑based rewards.
