Recruiter – LATAM & International Talent

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to source, screen, and place high‑caliber professionals from LATAM and other regions for US‑based clients. You will work remotely, managing the full candidate journey while ensuring a great experience for both talent and hiring teams.

Key responsibilities

• Source and interview candidates from diverse backgrounds and nationalities.
• Evaluate candidates based on experience, skills, and cultural fit.
• Screen applicants to match client requirements and maintain a smooth hiring pipeline.
• Keep the ATS updated with accurate notes and candidate status.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job profiles and requirements.
• Stay informed on international hiring trends, especially in LATAM markets.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment experience, preferably in international staffing.
• Strong knowledge of the LATAM job market.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS or CRM systems, preferably Monday.com.
• Proficiency in sourcing talent on LinkedIn and Facebook.
