About the role
We are seeking a Remote QuickBooks Accounting Specialist to support our finance team on a contract basis. You will work between 10 and 40 hours per week, handling core bookkeeping tasks and ensuring the accuracy of our financial records.
Key responsibilities
- Manage invoicing, bill payments, and bank reconciliations using QuickBooks Online or Desktop.
- Generate and review profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash‑flow reports for accuracy.
- Maintain the Chart of Accounts, customer, and vendor records in an organized manner.
- Identify accounting errors and workflow inefficiencies, recommending improvements.
Required profile
- Hands‑on experience with QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop.
- Strong background in bookkeeping or accounting, with proven financial reporting and reconciliation skills.
- Excellent analytical ability and meticulous attention to detail.
