Quantity Surveyor – Civil Engineering Projects in Limpopo

About the role

As a Quantity Surveyor you will manage costs, budgets and financial controls on civil engineering infrastructure projects in Limpopo. You will work closely with project teams to ensure accurate cost estimation, contract administration and final account preparation while complying with industry standards and contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project costs, budgets and financial controls.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil engineering works.
• Administer contracts and monitor compliance.
• Prepare final accounts and project close‑out documentation.
• Ensure strict adherence to industry standards and contractual obligations.

Required profile

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience on civil engineering infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Experience with the Construction Compliance System (CCS) preferred.
