QA Manual Tester

About the role

The QA Manual Tester ensures software quality and functionality through comprehensive manual testing. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, the role provides critical feedback to help deliver high‑quality products.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop detailed manual test cases covering functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Execute tests across multiple platforms (Windows, Linux, mobile) and browsers, documenting defects in Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and provide performance and usability feedback.
• Track and manage defects through resolution, retesting, and reporting.
• Propose and implement improvements to testing processes and standards.
• Maintain comprehensive test documentation, including plans, cases, and results.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of manual testing experience with a solid understanding of the SDLC.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Excellent technical writing ability for test plans, bug reports, and test results.
• Strategic planning and scheduling capabilities.
