About the role
Kimberly‑Clark is seeking a Pulper Operator to join its tissue manufacturing team. You will work on the wet‑end production line, supporting stock preparation and ensuring that equipment runs safely and efficiently to meet product specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare raw material stock for the pulping process.
- Assist the Wet End Process Controller in meeting departmental objectives.
- Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in line with EHS requirements.
- Perform preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
- Ensure manufactured products meet quality specifications and performance targets.
Required profile
- Minimum N3/Grade 12 qualification or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in FMCG or another manufacturing environment.
Required skills
- Stock preparation for pulping operations.
- Basic equipment maintenance (preventative, predictive, corrective).
- Understanding of safety and housekeeping standards in a manufacturing setting.
