Project Manager

About the role

United Exports is looking for a driven, detail-oriented Project Manager to join its Operations team. You will lead end-to-end project delivery and drive continuous improvement initiatives, making sure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget and aligned with business objectives. The role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver projects from initiation through to completion
• Track progress, manage deadlines and keep projects aligned with scope and budget
• Gather and analyse business requirements, run workshops and engage stakeholders
• Turn business needs into clear project documentation such as scope, process maps and UAT plans
• Lead project teams and work with internal departments and external vendors
• Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate updates, risks and outcomes
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Maintain high quality across deliverables and drive process improvements
• Produce regular reports and keep comprehensive project documentation

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field
• 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
• Proven experience managing projects end-to-end
• PMP, PRINCE II or equivalent certification is advantageous
