Project Manager (IT Infrastructure Rollouts)

About the role

Our client, a UK‑based Managed Services Provider, is seeking a Project Manager to lead a large‑scale Wi‑Fi refresh across roughly 450 dental practices in the United Kingdom. The role is focused on planning, coordination and delivery rather than hands‑on technical configuration, making it ideal for an early‑career project professional who enjoys fast‑paced technology environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end rollout of approximately 450 sites.
• Coordinate engineers, subcontractors and field teams.
• Schedule installations, surveys and customer communications.
• Chair regular project meetings and maintain detailed project plans.
• Track risks, issues and change requests while ensuring minimal operational downtime.
• Produce progress reports and escalate critical issues as needed.
• Liaise with technical teams to keep projects on schedule and within scope.

Required profile

• 2+ years’ experience managing or coordinating projects, preferably across multiple sites.
• Excellent spoken and written English and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently from a home office with a stable fibre connection and UPS.
• Comfortable communicating with UK clients and technical field engineers.
