Project Manager – IT Delivery (Intermediate)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Intermediate Project Manager to join our IT Delivery team in Century City, Cape Town. You will lead small to medium‑sized technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. The role requires close collaboration with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and delivery roadmaps.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues throughout the lifecycle.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops and stakeholder engagements, documenting actions and follow‑ups.
• Track progress, manage scope, timelines, dependencies and deliverables.
• Produce status reports, dashboards and delivery updates for internal and external audiences.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to achieve project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, governance and change‑management processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in an IT delivery environment.
• Hands‑on experience with Sage X3 ERP.
• Proven ability to manage multiple medium‑ to large‑scale, complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong experience in organisational and project‑related change management, including stakeholder engagement and user adoption.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
