About the role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple estate projects and manage tender processes for a dynamic property development portfolio. This fixed‑term role (4–6 months) is based at a premier estate development and requires a hands‑on approach in a fast‑paced, multi‑project environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the management of approximately six major projects currently in progress.
- Prepare and coordinate the tender process for an additional six upcoming projects.
Required profile
- Proven project management experience in construction, property development, or related sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large‑scale projects simultaneously.
- Strong experience with project tendering processes and vendor coordination.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
- Effective communication with stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams.
- Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
