Project Manager (Agency)

About the role

We are looking for an organized and proactive Project Manager to lead multiple client projects from initiation to delivery. You will act as the central point of coordination, ensuring timelines are met, communication flows smoothly, and stakeholders stay informed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project timelines and oversee the full project lifecycle, meeting all milestones.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and external partners.
• Use Asana to track tasks, monitor progress, and maintain accountability.
• Document approvals, feedback, meeting notes, and status updates.
• Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, designers, and implementers to keep deliverables on track.
• Identify and resolve potential roadblocks in execution.
• Validate that all deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards before final hand‑off.
• Lead weekly client meetings to provide updates and gather feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in an agency or client‑facing environment.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Asana (or similar project‑management tools).
• Familiarity with Monday.com and Google Business (nice‑to‑have).
