Project Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a highly proactive and detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of a fast‑growing coaching and online education business. The role is fully remote and requires availability during U.S. business hours (PST) to support multiple marketing, content, and program initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage concurrent projects, launches, and program initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and milestones are met.
• Build and maintain project timelines for coaching programs, enrollment campaigns, and content projects.
• Coordinate communication among contractors, freelancers, virtual assistants, and internal team members.
• Drive accountability, follow up on outstanding tasks, and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Maintain and organize project‑management systems (Airtable, Asana, ClickUp, Notion or similar).
• Identify bottlenecks, improve workflows, and contribute to SOP documentation.
