Project Coordinator

About the role

Pragma is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of projects within the oil and gas sector. The role involves coordinating resources, tracking progress, and ensuring that project milestones are met while maintaining high standards of documentation and communication.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule project‑related activities and allocate resources to meet timelines.
• Organise tasks and resources to achieve project milestones.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
• Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions or fast‑tracking opportunities.
• Manage project budgets, compare actual spend against forecasts, and report variances.
• Track and file all project paperwork.
• Provide regular updates to team members, key stakeholders, and partners.
• Assist with tender processes and related communications.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Operations Management, Project Management or Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager.
• At least 1 year experience in the gas and oil industry.
• Advanced knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
