Development Engineer (Electronic Hardware & Software)

About the role

The Development Engineer will design, develop, integrate and verify electronic hardware and software solutions throughout the product lifecycle. You will work across multidisciplinary teams to deliver reliable, compliant and production‑ready engineering outcomes that meet technical, customer and business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and verify electronic hardware and software products from concept to production.
• Support product industrialisation, qualification and manufacturing readiness to ensure smooth production transfer.
• Maintain product requirements, technical documentation and configuration baselines for traceability.
• Provide engineering expertise to product owners, production, programmes, customer services and suppliers.
• Participate in engineering planning, technical reviews, continuous improvement and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.

Required profile

• BEng in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in electronic product development, verification and lifecycle support.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary engineering and product development environments.
• Proven ability to solve technical problems and manage product configurations.
