Project Coordinator

About the role

Projex is looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator to support day‑to‑day project operations, client coordination, and administrative processes. This fully remote position works on Eastern Standard Time business hours and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys keeping projects moving efficiently from initiation through completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage order placement, track orders and provide timely updates to internal teams and clients.
• Coordinate invoicing, billing, receivables, and project‑related financial tracking.
• Review and vet incoming RFPs, respond to submissions, and initiate scope, specification, and pricing processes.
• Schedule service and warranty activities, submit warranty claims, and order replacement parts.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, GC pre‑qualification records, and support internal project management workflows.

Required profile

• Previous experience in project coordination, operations coordination, construction administration, or a related role.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and deadline‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and adhere to EST business hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience with project management tools.
