About the role
The University seeks a Professor of Human Resource Management to teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses, lead advanced HRM research, and develop curriculum within the Department of Human Resource Management.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver lectures and assessments in Human Resource Management, strategic HRM, and Organisational Behaviour at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Lead postgraduate teaching, supervise advanced diploma, master’s and doctoral students.
- Coordinate postgraduate programmes and contribute to academic administration.
- Conduct independent and collaborative research, publish in accredited journals, and present findings at conferences.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the Department of Human Resource Management and the School of Industrial Psychology and Human Resources.
Required profile
- Doctoral degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum two years experience as an Associate Professor.
- Extensive experience teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Strong record of research publication in accredited journals.
- Demonstrated success in supervising and examining postgraduate research.
- Relevant business or consulting experience is an advantage.
