Professional Construction Manager (PrCM) – Site-based

About the role

ZaEng Consulting & Construction Engineers is looking for a Professional Construction Manager (PrCM) to lead on‑site activities in Luvisi, KwaZulu‑Natal. The role focuses on delivering projects safely, on time and within budget while ensuring strict compliance with specifications and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all construction activities on site in line with project specifications and contract requirements.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors and professional teams to achieve efficient project execution.
• Monitor programme progress, quality standards and health & safety compliance.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, maintain site documentation and provide technical input to the project team and client.

Required profile

• Registered Professional Construction Manager (PrCM) with SACPCMP (mandatory).
• Minimum 10 years of on‑site construction management experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contract administration and project coordination.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to work full‑time on site in Pietermaritzburg.
