Production Operator – Packaging & Processing

About the role

Join a dynamic manufacturing environment where you will support the processing and packaging of food products. The role focuses on operating a range of ancillary packaging equipment while adhering to the MECP framework, SOPs and strict health‑and‑safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate mixing, proving, slicing, labelling, case sealing and palletising/de‑palletising equipment.
• Perform end‑of‑line tasks in a predictable sequence, following documented procedures.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards on all assigned machinery.
• Complete operational records, quality control documentation and report any non‑conformances.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and key performance indicators.
• Participate in MECP activities, Invocoms sessions and SGA non‑compliance processes.

Required profile

• Matric (Pure Maths and Physical Science) or equivalent qualification.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Willingness to work in a team‑oriented production setting.
