Product Planning Manager

About the role
The Product Planning Manager will lead product planning activities for the South Africa region, shaping the portfolio of photovoltaic solutions to meet market demand and corporate strategy. This role bridges market insights, product requirements, and project initiation to drive growth in the new‑energy sector.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market insight research to identify trends and opportunities in the South African solar market.
- Evaluate the business value of product requirements and prioritize them for development.
- Initiate and drive product projects from concept through launch.
- Develop and implement product portfolio strategies in collaboration with regional leaders.
Required profile
- Background in product planning within the new‑energy photovoltaic industry, with basic knowledge of PV modules.
- Previous experience as a product manager and familiarity with the Integrated Product Development (IPD) process.
- Fluent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
