Producer

About the role

As a Producer you will lead regional delivery for a major global brand, coordinating high‑volume localisation of assets across multiple languages, channels and markets from our Cape Town studio.

Key responsibilities

• Own regional production delivery, ensuring assets meet client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Build and maintain campaign timelines, forecast production peaks and allocate resources.
• Brief Integrated Project Managers, review and sign off adapted schedules for local markets.
• Track pre‑production tasks such as translations, price validation and global master approvals.
• Lead daily studio stand‑ups, manage risks and escalate issues to Account and Channel Leads.
• Line‑manage a team of Integrated Project Managers, providing direction and development opportunities.
• Oversee digital and print campaigns across owned and paid media, handling multiple languages and channels.
• Manage project‑level budgets, purchase orders, invoicing and reconciliation.

Required profile

• Broad production experience across digital, print and motion, covering owned and paid media.
• Proven track record delivering high‑volume, multi‑market campaigns in multiple languages.
• Experience line‑managing on‑site and offshore production teams.
• Strong project‑management skills with the ability to assess and mitigate production risk in real time.
• Familiarity with FMCG brands, particularly Beauty or Fashion, is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with generative AI tools for production workflow optimisation.
• Experience designing AI‑assisted processes and guiding teams in effective AI tool use.
• Competence with project‑management and budgeting software for resource planning and cost control.
