Procurement Coordinator – Remote (USA Healthcare, EST Hours)

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Coordinator to support purchasing operations for US‑based long‑term care and skilled nursing facilities. The role is fully remote, works EST business hours, and requires strong communication and critical‑thinking skills to manage purchase requests and vendor interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and review purchase orders from healthcare facilities, ensuring budget compliance, availability, and alignment with purchasing trends.
• Manage tickets for non‑catalogue items, source products, obtain approvals, and complete purchases.
• Monitor equipment rentals, track usage, maintain minimum rental levels, and coordinate timely returns.
• Process electronic invoices, match them to purchase orders, sync with accounting software, and resolve discrepancies.

Required profile

• Knowledge of purchasing or procurement processes.
• Exposure to long‑term care (LTC) and skilled nursing facilities (SNFs).
• Comfortable navigating procurement systems and software.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and strong Excel skills.
