Procurement Coordinator – Remote (USA Healthcare, EST Hours)

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Coordinator to support purchasing operations for US‑based long‑term care and skilled nursing facilities. The position is fully remote, works EST business hours, and requires strong communication and critical‑thinking skills to manage purchase requests and vendor interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and review purchase orders from healthcare facilities, ensuring budget compliance, product availability and alignment with purchasing trends.
• Manage tickets for non‑catalogue items, source products, obtain approvals and complete the purchase process.
• Monitor equipment rentals, track usage, prevent misuse and coordinate timely returns.
• Process electronic invoices, match them to purchase orders, sync with accounting software and resolve discrepancies.

Required profile

• Knowledge of purchasing or procurement processes, preferably within healthcare or long‑term care settings.
• Experience navigating procurement systems and software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong critical‑thinking, problem‑solving and attention to detail.
