Pharmacy Sales Assistant

About the role
We are looking for a customer‑focused Pharmacy Sales Assistant to support the smooth operation of our in‑store retail pharmacy. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right products and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Monitor store activity to prevent shoplifting and ensure a safe environment.
- Arrange and maintain visual product displays.
- Process customer refunds and handle transactions accurately.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate pharmacy products.
