About the role

Spitz is seeking a Permanent Store Assistant to join its luxury fashion team at the Theo Goosen Centre in Polokwane. You will be the front‑line representative of the brand, delivering world‑class service and supporting the store’s sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cash desk duties with zero variances, manage daily cash control and banking processes, and handle manual transactions accurately.
• Execute daily stock procedures, manage customer orders, conduct weekly stock counts, and maintain storeroom organization.
• Complete shoe pairing exercises to keep displays and inventory in optimal condition.
• Provide expert product knowledge, build strong customer relationships, and offer styling advice to ensure a premium shopping experience.

Required profile

• Matric / Grade 12 (essential).
• 6 months to 1 year of retail experience, preferably in luxury or fashion retail.
• A passion for high‑end fashion, footwear, and customer engagement.
