People Operations Advisor

About the role

The People Operations Advisor supports the employee experience across the entire employment lifecycle, reporting to the Global Head of People Operations. This fixed‑term role combines advisory, administrative and project work to ensure compliance, engagement and smooth HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries on policies, benefits and general employment matters.
• Partner with People Business Partners to advise managers on employee relations, performance, absence and disciplinary processes.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding, handling new‑hire and leaver administration and engagement.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, ensuring compliance with data‑protection legislation.
• Assist in developing and updating people policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Workplace Operations to deliver engagement, wellbeing and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
• Provide administrative support for payroll and benefits administration.
• Participate in people‑related projects and continuous‑improvement activities, including compensation cycles and bonus payouts.
